THE BOOK
25 authors. 25 stories of transformation.
Unleash Yourself brings together 25 authors sharing personal stories of challenge, healing, growth, and becoming.
I'm honored to be one of them.
Each story is different. Together, we explore what becomes possible when we take what we've lived through and allow it to become part of who we're becoming.
THE CHAPTER
What if the part of you that has caused you the most pain is also the source of your greatest power?
For much of my life, I believed there was something fundamentally wrong with me.
I was too sensitive. Too intense. Too emotional. Too much.
And that belief affected everything. It shaped how I saw myself, the choices I made, the ways I coped, and some of the darkest periods of my life.
Eventually, I began to understand something that changed it all: The part of myself I had spent so much of my life struggling against wasn't simply connected to my pain. It was also the source of my greatest strength.
The same sensitivity that could overwhelm me allowed me to perceive deeply. To feel deeply. To recognize truth. To connect. To create. To lead. To love. To see what other people sometimes couldn't.
My too-muchness was the key to everything great in my future.
That's the invitation at the heart of “Yes, Be Too Much! Making Your Greatest Struggle Your Greatest Strength.”
What part of yourself have you decided is wrong?
Name it. Claim it.
Then wield it as the superpower it really is.
THE WORK CONTINUES
Don't become less. Become more capable of being all of who you are.
That idea runs through much of the work I do with people today.
There is more of ourselves to access, more we're capable of carrying, and more we get to create with the life we've been given.
Embracing the fullness of who we are gives us greater access to our own power, greater choice in how we use it, and greater capacity to create what we can see.
Your future needs all of you.

MEET THE AUTHOR
ANDREAS KRAEMER
Andreas Kraemer is The Executive Alchemist: an executive advisor, speaker, and transformational coach who helps visionary builders materialize the bigger futures they keep seeing by becoming the leaders those visions require.
For more than two decades, Andreas has worked at the intersection of leadership, business, and human transformation: managing and operating businesses, turning around struggling organizations, increasing profitability, developing leaders, advising entrepreneurs, and coaching people through significant professional and personal change.
His work is built on an unusual range. Andreas combines practical business strategy, executive skill development, systems, and accountability with NLP, subconscious work, and a lifelong exploration of the spiritual. He has studied, practiced, and led across multiple traditions and remains, importantly, a proud skeptic. He is equally interested in what moves your spirit and what moves the actual needle.
That range is central to Executive Alchemy. Andreas believes the bigger future you keep seeing deserves to be taken seriously, and that materializing it requires more than a plan. It requires becoming the executive of your own life and vision: developing the identity, strategy, capabilities, and structures necessary to lead yourself toward what you are here to build.
Andreas is a magna cum laude graduate of Boston University, an NLP practitioner with training in hypnosis and subconscious transformation, and a Presbyterian deacon.
Most importantly, Andreas knows this territory from the inside. He is a visionary builder himself: creative, ambitious, spiritually curious, continually evolving, and committed to the same process he guides others through. He does not teach arrival. He teaches you how to call yourself forward.
WORK WITH ANDREAS
Where are you ready to create change?
Executive Alchemy isn't one-size-fits-all.
Sometimes the work is personal. Sometimes it's about what you're building. Sometimes you need a focused outside perspective on a specific problem. And sometimes the work is for your people.
